Last year I bought Mitysleev penis pump sleeve from mattersofsize shop alongwith all day vaccum penis pump.
It was super comfortable..
But it's quality was too low.
It hardly lasted one week.
Worst quality.

Is there any other comfortable pump sleeve

Good luck. Just received my mitivac pump and the pump sleve tore after the fourth use. I stretched it over a pipe before the first use as instructed. Guess it is poor quality. Hope the pump holds up. For everyone's information, I sent MOS an email and guess what. The pump sleve does not have a warranty. Guess I waisted money on that one.

Honestly, you don't need a sleeve for pumping. Pump without the sleeve. You will testify to the fact that the Mityvac is user friendly.

I was using it to pump with water. I found out I can pump with water without the pump sleve. I just wanted MOS to warranty a just received product that was defective. O well live and learn.

The sleeves die out quick. It's a loss to MOS to replace every pumping sleeve considering the fact that they don't last for pumping. Think about it and you will see the sense in my post.
