Penis fighting back

Hello dear Friends and brothers,

Praying for your well being and hapiness for all of you.
So i have a question regarding tissue resistance
to workouts.
I usually measure 20,5 Cm BPFSL, and sometimes 20 cm, and when i first started i was at 18 cm.
The journey to gain from that until 20 cm BPFSL, i didn't see a lot of regression, but now my BPFSL would sometime regress to 19,7 cm, as if my penis is fighting back the more i grow.
Is it a normal thing? and how can force the tissue to keep on growing and keep that lentgh variation as stable as possible ?
I do take one rest day every 5-6 days depending on how sore my tissues feel.

Many thanks 🙏🏻

I aslo have to mention that i always wear the silistretcher for at least 6 hours daily, at ~2000 for the first hour post workout, followed by a lower tension ~1000 for the rest of the day.

Yes. The internal tissues will fight back if you exceed the tissues' capacity to cope/adapt to the traumas. Ease in with light reps, go up to moderate, spend only a bit of time in intense level, and back to moderate and ease back to light in the same rep. When we get over zealous on a routine and excess the fatigue levels, our body will remind us by doing the most rebellious thing, the tug back.

Dynamic tensions. Ease in, go up, be intense, ease out at a longer period for the body to recognize it's not in danger of the trauma.

I do take one rest day every 5-6 days depending on how sore my tissues feel.
Try 2 days on, 1 day off for now. Then up it to 3 on, 1 off. Eventually back to 4 on, 1 off. When there is a tug back, rest for a day or 2. Then back to 2 days on, 1 day off.
