Hi all couple questions. How long should I wear pe max as beginner. During this how to adjust tension. Should I feel stretch? Which direction is best downwards (dangling to my legs ) upwards ( more comfortable for me). . Sometimes I don't feel my penis head (after 1 hour) what does it mean. I take break for 2 hours and do it again for 1 hour again it gets cold , is it normal? Thnx

Yea, what's probably more is are we talking a noose type extender ?

If so personally they are horrible and just kill your gland, so much better with lots of other extenders that don't end up ruining your head

It isn't noose type (uses silicone pipe type clamp) mine is with silicone strap, first cover the traction grip point with silicone wrap then additional strap type clamp on it.

Last thing you want to kill off, either too tight, too restrictive or you need to lower time doing it and have regular breaks for blood circulation

Very interesting I have never seen a design like this. It looks decent to me. How do you change the intensity does it just keep screwing up and screwing down? It looks to me that it would be perfect to use for both gaining and healing.

Your head is getting cold because of the attachment you’re using. I suggest to switch over to either Velcro modification or to the VLC modification. This will eliminate the restriction that a noose and strap have. But understand that it’s OK for your head to be cold for up to 20 minutes.

Yea that's attachment isn't best for the penis head and basically strangles it and hence head goes cold, I'd look at switching it like DLD mentions
