Penis extender falling off

Hi all

I bought a penis extender which I’ve attached a picture of, but it keeps falling off as there isn’t anything at the end to stop it falling off

can anyone help?

Sounds like it is poorly made. I recommend going with a professional device like the silistretcher

You can try wrapping sellotape at the end just
underneath your penis head and around the brackets of the extender, I had this issue but by using the tape this made the device secure
