hi am new here... am 20 YO
My cock is 5.2" length and 3.9" girth
I read a lot about penial exercises and I see that it has a high effect to grow cock If followed carefully..
some people advised me to use bathmate but my country does not trade it totally.. so give me advices plz

what is BPEL and SRT .. Whatever I aim to increase both length and girth .. but length is most important for me

According to my aim and the unavailability of devices in my country .. I prefer exercises without devices .. plz give me advices and be my supervisor
 
You can make good gains without any equipment. Look at the newbie routine and do the stretches and exercises included in it and you will grow

You should be able to buy a Bathmate here with no issue. Having the Bathmate allows you to use it with the 5×5×3 found an SRT. It is truly the fastest way to gain size in girth. As far as the rest of your routine goes you can follow the newbie routine and use that for your length portion. If you’re not able to get the BM then I would highly recommend you doing 30 minutes of SSJs every day.
