This is going to sound completely hillbilly...and it is. But stumbled on what I believe is a great way to hang with minimal obviousness (getting more difficult as at 8.75 BP) and for all day comfort when around the house. I had an old ball joint from the car. So, my light bulb went off, since it has a large hole where cotter pin goes through (most vehicles lower ball joint is like this). Why not put on a theraband layer? Use a zip-tie through the hole and zip tie around the theraband near the glans? Tried it and fantastic for some weight and enough to pull full extension while still being able to use the restroom without undoing things. Bonus, get to recycle/reuse old discarded car parts. I'm not hillbilly I swear!

Nope. This not a hillbilly at all. The modern days weights for active hangers are based on these homemade tools. This actually was brought up since 1996 through 1999. Rather than just a ball joint, they also use metal pipe jointer, welded half and 3/4 steel pipes with stainless steel balls for comfort/smoothless, and a even weight bags. This was during the evolution of traction devices being introduced into the market, but the costs was unbelievable. Now, PE tools are cheaper, and newer tools are being reinvented based on the older designs. This doesn't mean we stop coming up with new inventive ways to enhance our PE journeys.

By the way, if you think you are a hillbilly of PE, so am I. I have a 2lbs rubber tubing used for yoga being tied to my penis while I rest on the bed.

Man I remember when extenders for up to $1200! Soon after we developed the SiliStretcher and other extender options at a low price for much better quality.

Right!? Man, I thought I was insane to look at the customized extender for that price. Some actually bought it as part of the medical needs. We all did our own thing to make poorman's designs for cents on the dollars. I made mine out of bamboo, aluminum, and ratchet systems. My friends laughed at me until they came back and asked me to make some for them. Those where the fun days.
