PE wrap Day vs Night

I do my PE workouts in the morning and at night. After my workout in the morning I wrap it so it stays elongated. At night I’ve been told not to wrap it because you never know what could happen throughout the night when asleep. Does it hurt my gains to not wrap it after my night session when I go to bed? Has anyone wrapped before going to sleep?

No. I have gained...a lot by only keeping my penis elongation during the day. And I only used a penis elongation wrap for this (no extender).

Let your body and penis rest fully at night. You will not loose any gains. The skin on your penis also need time for healing and recovery.

I did wrap my penis for elongation in the beginning during night. But from my experiences it's not worth it. I would always wake up when I got an erection, and sometimes/most nights I woke up with bad fluid retention.

Prioritize good sleep and gaining big during daytime is my recommendation.

if your finishing your session say an hour before bed then yes wrap for an hour but not if your go to sleep immediately after your session.
One thing you can do when going to bed is whack it between your legs!

damn nightly erections wake me up anyway throughout the night though great for healing it really bugs me!
If I tried to wrap even loosely I would wake up in terrible pain.

This is great to hear. Puts my mind at ease quite a bit. And yeah I’d like to gain as much as possible during my first year of PE, so I figured asking you and the other guys questions is the best way to achieve that.

Start stretching with your hands, increase the intensity exponentially, progress into bundled stretches, add a fulcrum device (do bundled stretches with it)...when you feel the gains slow down, or you can't stretch hard enough or long enough, get LengthMaster 3 and you will not have any plateaus when it comes to length gains. Bundled stretches are key for length gains.

You need to increase the intensity to max stretching force and keep it high. This is the blueprint to fast gains. Read 🔗 SRT and understand it fully.

Thank you for the info. I have the length master and just went straight to using that with bundled stretching. It’s been a week now and is getting easier to use.
I’ve read the SRT and have been incorporating that as well.
