Dld i went to log in and i entered my info and it would let me in? I went back and check my email where u sent me my info when i join awhile ago and i entered the right stuff. But it still didnt work can u help me out?

Come on guys, there's a thread just a few posts down from this one about the exact same thing. If you've read the site at all in the last week or so, you'll know that there are a lot of changes happening at [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words], and some of them are still in progress. Give it some time and everything will be back to normal.

It's a sticky at the top of this very forum. It would have taken less time to click the thread than to make a new post about it.

If ive paid for a service, i expect that service, ie to log into the paysite that ive paid for!

I'm not having a go, but customer service is paramount here. Who are you to tell me that i should seek information on why i cant get access to the paysite on a free forums? I shouldnt even have to post on these forums as to why i cant log onto a paid for website, that ive already sought resolution for a problem that has reared its head again.

If there is problems with the paysite, then i expect a resolution to the problem asap.
If there is a problem that cant be fixed straight away then i do expect a personal email telling me why i cant retrieve the service that ive paid for.

[words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] is a business, yes, but they're not going to suck your dick because the paysite has a few bugs for a bit. They're working on it. They're working on it. What else do you want them to do, but work on it and post a notice for why it isn't working right?

You must use the same email that you signed up with in the password form for your new password to work (most likely the email adress we emailed the form to). Also the Username and Password is Case Sensative, so please type it in the same way you created it.

If you have any problems or did not receive the email from us please email admin@mattersofsize.com and we will resend it.

Remember to also look in your Spam Box for our emails.
Allot of times, our emails end up in the Spam or Bulk Mail email box.
