Part to my extender broke, what to do

This just happened, and quite frankly im a little pissed off about it and dont know what to do. Im almost a month in and a piece broke while i was applying it. One of the little screw parts broke in half when i was putting the head piece on the rods. I need help, and i need it asap. Is it possible for me to just buy the piece that broke? Does anyone have what i need? If anyone can help me, id greatly appreciated it.

Would be covered under warranty I would think. Email them with a pic of broken part and details.

Well, assuming that you filled out the 'warrenty card' then you should be covered In this case they will send you free replacement parts. Worst case senerio---if you didn't fill out the card or it didn't come with one, you will have to buy the parts to fix your [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words].
