Part time job for someone in the US Military

Does anyone know any good part time jobs for someone in the US Military? He has a complicated work schedule. One week he is off Monday Friday Saturdsy Sunday and other week only Wednesday and Thursday. And it switches.

Hm. If he wants to work civilian job, that can easily be obtained in the local cities. A bit of a strange schedule, but managers can accommodate since they always need help. Hope his Japanese is good.

But within the military itself, the bases offer positions as militay police as part-time job. Other than that, errands boy. This has to be through the captain or admiral.
