Overwhelmed newbie

Hey guys, I've been reading through the years of threads/info on this forum and I'm really confused to what I should be starting with. I understand that the Lengthmaster is supposed to be really great for efficient gains but atm I can't afford to buy one so I'm looking for something that doesn't require any equipment.

Would really appreciate it if someone could give me a for dummies version of a plan that I can do daily. The few things I'm sure of from is that I should replace all my tight underwear and get a heating pad for warmups so I've gone ahead and done that.

Starting size is 5in x 5in (sorta, not sure im measuring properly but seems right) so I am desperate for some gains 😭

Get a broomstick if you don't have the money. You can gain at least 1 inch length with it. Do @DLD's newbie routine with a broomstick.

Here is a good routine for a beginner. This routine is Phase 1 in the MOS DVD.

Here are broomstick videos (see below). You do bundled stretches around the broomstick. You can use a pvc pipe as well. I believe @DLD used a Vacuum cleaner pipe in the MOS DVD. You don't need money to gain. Stretch your penis every day.

Do 1 hour per day of the newbie routine and increase the intensity as you progress. It's better if you split up your session, like 30 min x 2 times per day.

It's also important to always keep your penis, in an elongated state throughout the day as well (🔗 SRT healing). You do this with: SiliStretcher, a sleeve, or a Penis Elongation Wrap (Uncle Jims Wrap).

Started the routine today, and I'm get erect quickly while doing the stretches and jelqing lol. Is that fine or should I somehow try to be flaccid(my body doesnt seem to cooperate when I tried) for the stretches?

You want to be flaccid for stretching, and erect for jelqing. Wait until your erection subsides before stretching so you do not hurt yourself. You can try doing as many kegels as possible to get to a point of exhaustion before stretching.

Starting out, it is common to get frequent erections while trying to stretch because your body is not yet used to how much you are handling your penis. Keep at it.

Forgot to say you can masterbate before stretching to help loosen up and avoid erections during stretching. Probably should have stated that first before kegels. Sorry brother!

You should separate length stretching and girth work by a few hours, so that way you can get an erection for jelqing that you want later.

Thanks brother, I think I'll try the kegels method first though. I'd prefer not to masturbate that regularly unless it's necessary.
