Hey guys, I've been reading through the years of threads/info on this forum and I'm really confused to what I should be starting with. I understand that the Lengthmaster is supposed to be really great for efficient gains but atm I can't afford to buy one so I'm looking for something that doesn't require any equipment.
Would really appreciate it if someone could give me a for dummies version of a plan that I can do daily. The few things I'm sure of from is that I should replace all my tight underwear and get a heating pad for warmups so I've gone ahead and done that.
Starting size is 5in x 5in (sorta, not sure im measuring properly but seems right) so I am desperate for some gains
