I mean some guys responds better to less stimulus and some respond better to more. It’s weird, but I read other PE forums where some guys made more gains by doing less.

The funny thing is that I didn't had any plateaus when doing length work. I was stretching really hard.

I had soreness in my inner penis and ligaments throughout my length gain journey.Very possible perfect balance of short intensity and healing. I can’t train without soreness I mean the LM is so powerful I stretch to the max and love it, but I know that one day I’ll will have to take a decon break if I reach a big plateau.

It's psychological. You can feel insecure when you are past 8 Inch bpel as well.I noticed a big boost after 5 hrs of healing and masturbation. I simply feel big, but still feel insecure a little.

So basically the more work added on eventually toughens up the penile tissue making it harder to gain. Some need to take a 6 month decon break before returning to PE from all of the stress of over work.
6 months of stretching only and 6 months of pumping sounds beneficial as well.
From the video the reason some guys don’t gain is because parasympathetic VS sympathetic state. If you body and mind is relaxed from my understanding the penis will be easier to stretch and make gains.
I think this is where the MOS-RED comes in to play relaxing the tissue and collagen. Hot bath and etc..

I might start meditating before my session. I’m still a little confused on too much fatigue maybe @MosMaster could elaborate for a newbie as myself? I understand there is such thing as too much.
Do you also measure stretched flaccid before and after?

Personally I meditate for at least 30 mins a day, most days about 1 hour though you can reap the benefits of meditation with only 20 mins per day.
You will work through that doubt. You're having about your size. As you realize, you can get as big as you want to get. It just takes dedication and work plus plus using the best workout which is SRTI noticed a big boost after 5 hrs of healing and masturbation. I simply feel big, but still feel insecure a little.

You can stretch harder then you think trust me.Feels like I’m still learning to use the LM.
I realize I can stretch a bit harder with it but I have to ease on each stretch slowly.

I have a question regarding the lengthmaster and fatigue. Usually by my third set I feel that ouch feeling I assume this is fatigue because I’m more sore.
Sometimes fatigue can be translated as ouch feeling when using the length master or some might mistaken this as pain.
Any thoughts?

You don't need to do that to gain length. You will feel and see the elongation with your eyes. I only did it once or twice during my length gain journey.Note to self: Start measuring BPFSL.
