Do you think 30 minutes of bundles BTC at night with lengthmaster is enough to make gains along with ball and Lig stretch?
I mean I don’t want to do more than I can handle, but at the same time I need focus more on passive healing at night than anything.
Do you think 2-4 hrs of healing is efficient enough before going to bed?

Some thoughts I have.
I'm still doing penis enlargement with LengthMaster 3. But I stretched the sh#& (hard to find a nicer word for this = sorry for the bad language) out of my penis for ~3 days straight, so I really need to rest for 2 days now. I tend to stretch too hard, but I hope I will grow either way.
Most days I only stretch for 20 minutes, I try to get at least 20 min x 2 times/day; 3 days on 1 day rest. But It has been hard lately because I stretch so hard, and it's like I procrastinate doing penis enlargement. But I'm still growing.
After the rest of 2 days. I will get back to my regular routine with 2 sessions per day, but usually I'm only able to stretch 20 min x 2 times; only 1 day in a 3 day period. All the other days I get 1 session in at 20 minutes.
So 1 day I get 20 min x 2 times, 1 day only 20 min and 1 day only 20 min. But these maximum bundle stretches where I use my second handlebar, to get into the correct angle and intensity for stretching, is like 40 minutes of stretching in a 20 minute session.
I can't do these maximum bundle stretches in every session, because they are extremely intense. So I usually only do them for 1 set (1 set = 10 minutes), or if I'm lucky for 2 sets, during a 3 day period.
Sometimes after the first session, I get maximum elongation already (or my penis is really tired). It's then really hard to then say to myself:
- One session is enough to gain.
Sometimes this is true after the first set (usually happens after many days of stretching in a row = need to cut a session short). But this methodology are working.
I still feel the soreness in my inner penis now. From past growth, I know this soreness are signs that my penis will grow. But the penis needs rest in order to heal and grow now (I always keep my penis elongated during the day).
My penis is starting to turteling to much now. I will wait for it to hange loose and low before starting up again.
I need to relax with penis enlargement now.
Doing maximum bundles really stretch the inner penis really hard. But it has taken approximately 1 year, to be able to get to this maximum bundle position relatively "easy".
Soon I have been doing length work for 1 year.
I hope you could follow my thoughts.

Pressure on yourself is good, but to much pressure on yourself can be determemtal to growth (in every aspects of life).
If I would have just push through even now when my penis need some rest, there would be a chance this would be negative for my penis growth. There is a balance. To explain this balance is hard. You need to feel it for yourself

Personally I have been doing 20 minute of stretching like 3 days on, 1 day rest for a long time now. Sometimes I do 40 minutes on one day during these 3 days. But you really need to work on the intensity. When I do maximum bundles I get like 40 minutes of stretching in 20 minutes.

In the beginning I did 20 min x 2 times (3 days on, 1 day rest) but now when the intensity is at inhuman levels I can get away with only 20 minutes once per day (~ 3 days on and 1 day rest = ∞).

I’m really focusing in on stretching hard and soreness my two variables along with a good penis wrap.

What do you use for wrapping? also What does everyone wear for underwear. I know nothing is the best option. but for me, i don’t want to take the risk. wearing tight dress pants and meeting with clients I want something. So a large pouch thong or jockstrap is my pick.

The chamber have not slipped. What have happend is that your tissue have elongated (temporary elongation).
Try doing more and more amounts of bundles as well. This will speed up your gains.

Every other week you should measure bpfs to make sure you're seeing growth and to make adjustments to your routine. As girth should be measured daily after training to be sure you're seeing expansion. Gains in length first appear in bone pressed flaccid length before erect gains show up.

Yes I think you're on the right path. Always increase intensity as you can and you will find much better growthOkay, so I measured my BPFS before and after stretching are about the same no changes.
I am getting a good stretch with LM because I can feel the soreness at the base during bundles and see it visually with my eyes.
I also started attaching closer to the base because that’s where I can feel the fatigue settling in. By 30 minutes of BTC the base of my penis is worn out.

Preferably you want more, if you have been stretching for some months.
A good session for me is approximately 12.5% of temporary elongation, in Bone Pressed Flaccid Stretch Length. So 2 cm (~ 0.79 Inch) more Bone Pressed Flaccid Stretch Length after the session.
But as long as you grow you are good.
Yeah! For me it is. But I did not get these kind of big temporary elongation in the beginning. I got it when I had perfected my routine after many months. My 2 heating fans are key in this. Just measure once or twice so you know where you are at.
