So I went up to 10 HG on my last pumping set of 2minutes and the last 20 seconds I moved up even more to 15hg in the tube nearly hitting the 7 mark.

@huge-girth You have more experience with pumping at higher pressures do you think it’s safe on the last set of 2 minutes I pump high as I can go like 15hg or more ?

Don't go to 15hg. That's too extreme. I go to about 12 hg only.

Do this work for you? When I did this I had problems with fluid retention due to erections during night. I would mostly wake up when this happened. This destroyed my sleep quality. But when I didn't wake up I got bad fluid retention.

I missed two full days of PE and I’m getting really lazy.

I just finish 15 minutes of extra stretches in all directions with the length master and quick warm down. Planning on staying up late tonight after work to complete my main routine.
 
Agree! I got so caught up jerking off the last two days and watching adult entertainment I forgot my goals. Not good.

That's the problem with jerking off. It comes with laziness and unwillingness. I've been able to abstain for about 4 days now. I feel energized to do my routine now. I try not to eat too much now because I've noticed that, having a full stomach makes me horny.
 
For me it’s been cam models the worst or adult entertainment in general. I want to stop so bad. I need discipline it’s been real bad. I missed too many sessions because I get horny too quick

I need you to be strong. Yes adult entertainment are extremely addicted, and feels like a drug. If you have 3 days training and 1 day rest, I think this can help you.

Just keep in touch if you feel your motivation/discipline is low. adult entertainment can deplete our discipline as well.

It's very easy to fall off the routine. PE is not easy for everyone and some times, life gets in the way of our routine. I've quit too many times in the past.
That's understandable. But right now my life feels like this.

I know in the future I will have time for other things...but right now I need a permanent big penis.

Will be interesting to see how I will fit in PE when I start working. I have been real lucky that I could be home as much as I have during this period in my life.
 
29 right now fixing to be 30 I need to lose a little weight I believe I’m like 160 something a little overweight I’m not sure what target I should be for my height or weight. I finally convince my dad to go on a diet with me but we’re planning on doing it in a few weeks. Just trying to gather much information as I can.
One thing you must know. The mityvac will turn a grower to a shower. I've been training girth for almost 5 months now. I have a very big fat pad like never before. The flaccid hang I have now, I cannot have it if not for the mityvac.

I always imagine what my penis would look like if I can reduce my fat pad like I did in 2018.

Always remember, they only profit from ignorant people that keeps coming back for more help and drugs. The unhealthier you are the more they profit. Incentives is what makes this world go around.

We are LITERALLY built to fast. This is our natural cleansing state of the body and mind. We are NOT evolved to eat and snack 24/7. This is making us sick - and them wealthy.

Get back to your roots and natural state and fast everyday. Help to be so much more productive as well. Keep in mind it can take a couple of weeks for the body and mind to reset if you haven't fasted for a while. Black coffee (or sugarfree energy drinks, never consume liquid calories in my opinion, that's the fastest way to get fat) and sparkling water also helps to blunt any hunger. Remember, being hungry is actually when your body cleansing itself. Focus on satiating foods high in protein and healthy fats and a lot of veggies.

I still want to pump after my main routine so I switch things up a bit decided to stick to 10 minutes of pumping instead of 20 minutes.

I’m still doing interval pumping instead of 2 minutes under pressure I decided to stick to one minute under pressure starting with the following pressures every minute 6hg, 7hg, 8hg, 9hg 10hg, 11hg, 12hg, 13hg, 14hg, 15hg the max.
