Going great for me. Just finnished my second session with the LENGTHMASTER 3.
I have realized that 2 sessions per day is enough, I'm pulling so insanely hard behind my ass, so it's going to produce good results inthe beginning of September. Going for the MOS-RED before I sleep, time here is: 23:31 (or 11:31 PM).

But what happened? Did you miss your sessions due to adult entertainment watching?

I’m still doing my exercises as normally but I’m kind of getting lazy which is not good. I just need to kick the adult entertainment habit I spend too much money on it to be honest.

Okey I understand. But maybe you are to hard on yourself?

Sometimes when we try to get away from something it gets a closer grasp of us. If you focus on other things maybe adult entertainment watching will subside, or it will not feel as important anymore.
To change a behavior or modify it, we need often to replace them with other behaviors. It's hard, if not impossible to force away a behavior without replacing it with something else. Sometimes we try to think away something, but this makes us focus more on that. I should not do that...and then we sit there and doing exactly what we didn't wanted to do.

You are not alone. I have an addiction to my smartphone. I'm up but I need sleep, an early morning tomorrow. I know if I would reduce my screen time. Oh man...I would be unstoppable.

Agree! I’m just trying figure out what creative ways I could live my life and give to the world.

There’s a lot of great stuff in the book so far. Especially difference between masculine and feminine.
I have been on the journey in that book for a long time. The social dynamics between men and women are interesting. We have completely diffrent reference point, that our life is based on.

You can say a man needs to penetrate the world, and a woman "only" needs to open up themselves to the world.
It's simplified way of looking at it, but it's powerful to get back to this view from time to time, to remind oneself.

Vacuum Hanging Using The Stealth Stretcher:

7 Set’s Of 7.5 lbs total 35 Minutes.

This is the first time using the stealth stretcher as a vacuum hanger 7.5 lbs kept slipping off it took awhile to keep the hanger on from slipping off.

The weight felt lighter than usual compared to a compression hanger.

After a little experimentation I decided to stick with the LengthMaster for hanging. What I have noticed vacuum hanging is easier to hang with as far as comfortability and longer periods of time, but if you were hanging 7.5lbs like me the weight seems very easy and light compared to a compression hanger. Maybe because all the strain is on the shaft I’m not totally sure.

Just like hanging with the LengthMaster you have to take at least a break every 15 minutes with the vacuum device to avoid pinching and blisters. I just feel more force and fatigue with compression device compared to vacuum device.

So I know I’m not supposed to measure until six months is up but to my curiosity, I measured anyway. I took the measurement three times in a row right after hanging and to make no mistakes and I still can’t believe it.

I gained a quarter inch bone pressed erect length. It’s an official 🤩🌟✨ 6.25”

I measured again today and it was 6.25 inches. I swear to God every time I measured before I could barely hit the 6 inch mark but now I’m like wow 😯 confirmation.
