What’s your theory on more is more in PE I seen other forums talk about less is more? And, should I add more exercises or stick with this routine for 90 days and go from there?
Maybe Mike Mentzer's approach can help you here. He talks about strength training in this interview, but I think this concept can be applied to everything in life. You can listen to it for example while you hang. He talks exactly about what you are talking about = less is more.

But put simply, he talks about to do everything in life optimally, to get maximum progression/development.
I think it can help you, this is the reason I post this on your thread, since it have helped me a lot. The audiotape is kinda long, but it's worth your time.

 
Start Date: 3/12/23

Bundles 5 Minutes using the Length Master.

Hanging between the cheeks using the Length Master.
5 sets of 5 lbs for 25 minutes.
20 second rest time between sets.
Girth right after hanging:
Pumping using the MityVac air pump.
6 sets of 2 minutes under pressure 5hg a total of 12 minutes.

30 minute to an hour cock-ring healing.

Note: 5 minutes bundles 60 seconds each direction followed by hanging. The soreness is unbelievable for the first time I feel like I’m growing. Most of the soreness is located at the base.

I just took the LM off and pressed my fingers in the base and my god I can feel it!

For me it has always been more is best.
Of course, and also to increase the intensity as you progress. If I could do 2 hours more of PE I would do it. But for now I got 70 minutes per day. In time I can probably extend it to 80 minutes. An all day extender would help.

Mike Mentzer concept is interesting, but probably do not apply to PE as much as we would like. But if you only got let us say 1 hours per day for PE. I can think the goal then, is to do it as optimally as you can.

It seems when hanging with the length master my testicles get in the way and rubs against the LM in pain is there a way to combat this?
 
Today I did 30 minutes of edging I admit I did watch some adult entertainment while edging. But to my curiosity, I wanted to take some measurements especially my BPEL.

When I first took my measurements back in January I could barely hit the 6 inch mark today I’m slightly over.

I did take some time off PE sometime in February and a little bit in March and restarted over again on the 9th.

Maybe try to do the testicle health massage and stretch to loosen everything up

Note: I noticed, if I move my legs up or down different angles, the intestity of the stretch with hanging increases.

How do expansion in the MITYVAC pump look like?
Let us say. If you max out the cylinder at the base, will your penis keep expanding in length despite this, since it can glide on the cylinder walls. I'm asking, since in the Bathmate, if you expands to much at the base you get stuck, and you lose all expansion at length.

Would have been interesting to know what happens in the Mityvac.

I used to own the bathmate and made no gains. I wanted to upgrade to a professional pump that tells how much pressure I’m putting on my dick instead of guessing.

I use water based lube to slide up the cylinder, but the tube is not totally filled.

I’ll post some pictures tomorrow night after my routine and to show the expansion.

Awesome! That you can slide up the tube. I have made gains with Bathmate pumps. But it's hard when your penis get bruised by the rubber creases.
 
This was 2 minutes sets a total of 6 minutes only. Not bad no edema afterwards :)

Just extra pump before bed time for the heck of it.

Looks like I have to take a day or two off from PE. I’m experiencing soreness, especially around the base of the penis and skin.

I try to do bundle stretches with the LM, but it hurts too bad. I can do bundles just without out the length master and I feel just fine.

I wonder if I should do my routine doing bundles without the LM or take off a day or two.

What do you think?

Looks really dry. Mine looked similar but not as bad/dry as yours, I was forced to take 1-2 days completely off then.
I did my bundled stretches with the broomstick then, and it was very brutal for the skin at the base.

yeah, I really don’t wanna take any days off to be honest. I have some triamcinolone acetonide left over from the doctor from my previous visit it should work for dry skin.

if I take any day off, I wonder if I should continue at least pumping or would this not be wise ?

When I was forced to take days off, It didn't felt any good for me, since I had gained so much with my routine.

If you can pump without problems you should do that. But I think it's important to feel what works, so you can get back to your regular routine as fast as possible.
I was told that you could take 4 days off every month without any problems. Even 1 week could be acceptable sometimes...but that's hard mentally because we think we are losing gains.

30 minute to an hour cock-ring healing.

Back in the routine after two days of no stretching or hanging. Instead of doing bundles with the length master I used my hands and I was able to twist more compared to using the LM.

The last two sets of 5 minutes of hanging was intense. I find it gets harder the last set to the point I feel like biting my lip.
 
DLD, I’m surprised there’s not a adult entertainment addiction forum to keep guys accountable when doing PE.
Someone else can not enforce discipline on a person. Discipline needs to come from within, from yourself. It's the only way discipline works.

With that said, this forum you are talking about, would probably be able to help brothers to keep up their dicipline.
