Orgasm or Warm up?

Hey guys I'm new to PE. I've read the newbie manual and saw the instruction videos to understand the subject. Now I have a question after reading the manual.

Mr. DLD says that stretching after an orgasm is really productive. In the instruction videos MR SIM shows warm up and warm down, but never mentions anything about orgasm.

Should I orgasm, then do the warm up, or how do you vets do it?
Or should I orgasm and go straight into stretching?
Or should I just warm up without orgasm and do the stretching exercises?
Anyone can guide me?

I come from a different school. When I PE I only PE. Meaning I don't mix business with pleasure. In short, I don't do this.

My mind knows it is getting a workout and although I get excited to do my workout, I separate that from pleasure.

What I will say is that everyone especially after the age of 30 should be multi-orgasmic man.
 
Now, now. DLD has a great point in adding this into his routines. It's not as productive in pumping, but it's considered productive in lengthening process. You don't have to ejaculate to reach orgasm, but reaching a level of orgasm can release the necessary hormones that allows for more effective lengthening processes. Noradrenaline, dopamine, oxytocin, prolactin, opioids (naturally), serotonin, these are the relaxing hormones allowing your body to reduce stresses to enable harder and stronger intensity to force on the tissues. However! As a newbie, don't go there yet and go with the newbie routines first. You don't have to achieve orgasms to get benefits. Rather, keep the energy and direct to the move the blood instead during the routines.

So, takeaway points, it's depending on where you are on the journey. For newbies, try to condition yourself first, without orgasms, warming up tissues properly, and follow the newbie routines. For the ones after a year of conditioning, your choices are wide open.

You can choose to orgasm if you like but it's best to just warmup with warm water and towel for about 5 minutes before starting your session.

Alternatively, you can do light stretches for about 5 minutes before stretching harder for the session.
 
Wow thank you so much. I didn't expect response this fast. This community is amazing!

It seems like the best option is to warm up with a hot towel rather than orgasm. So I'll be doing that every morning before my stretching workout.

I know this is a lengthy process, but I'm going to be sharing my progress every month.

My starting measurements when erected:
Length: 15.9cm(6.25inch)
Girth: 12.5cm(4.92inch)

My first goal is to get to 20.32cm(8 inch) length.
For Girth I have not really looked into it yet. How much girth would look good on a 8 inch penis?

Either way I'll be doing the basic exercises for the next 12 weeks and by then I'll probably have a better idea how much girth I want as my first goal.
 
Just saying I prefer a car interior heater/heating fan and doing Ball & Lig Stretches in front of that heating source for 10 minutes before a session. Heating up your internal penis is very beneficial.

How much girth would look good on a 8 inch penis?
5.5" to 6" looks good. I'm near 6 Inch, and my penis looks much shorter now (is not shorter) then it did at 5.5". But you will love to have it a little bit thicker.

What looks good is very individual.

Just trying to stretch for hours with my X4 is hard to do for more than about 90 minutes straight but I have noticed that it is getting easier to do and also when I get out the shower and wear it I can go longer each time. Is there a reason for this that you know of?

If women worry about a shrunken penis because it is cold, then they don't know what true penises are. Mine hid inside by body because it was cold outside, until I went into warm water.
