Ordered over 1 month ago and still not shipped. Is anyone else having this problem?

First off sorry if this is the wrong place to post this. If it should go somewhere else please let me know. I ordered on the 4th of April (activity number ******2210337210) and my order still has yet to ship. When I contact customer support all I get is a response stating there are delays due to 'above-average volume of orders for our products'. Is anyone else experiencing this issue or am I the only one? I would be hesitant to order anything from them at this time given I have been waiting a month for my product. I included my partial activity number in hopes that someone from Penimaster monitors this forum and can provide me with some sort of answer other that the 'large number of orders'. I bought the who kit and spend $500+ and have nothing to show for it a month later.

Support finally got back to my and stated the order was cancelled and credited. Debating if I should reorder given the delays. If delays are done I most likely will reorder.

I have seen no other complaints about not getting their order. If you live outside the USA you can expect it to take longer. Reorder and keep in touch with sales, everything is in stock
