light speed. get your routine ended before you realize it begun.
i haven't jelqed for a while now(uneven chamber gorging) but i prefered to take 5 seconds + for a single stroke. you can plainly see and feel the blood edging forward when its slow and methodical.
I guess it would depend on what the jelq is for. If its just for a warm up 2-5 secs work fine. If its the core workout on your list then maybe slower and more intense will work.
