Ask me anything. I got injected with 16 ml of a filler called ellanse last week in Australia. I got fillers cause Ive been doing pe for about 5 years. I first focused on length and was able to have good success with intense hanging and stretching. I started focusing on girth for the last two years but couldnt gain shit. I was spending an hour every night next to a shower and a toilet playing with my dick trying to make it bigger. I did bathmate routines, jelq routines, clamping routines, even hired a coach. I gained about .05-0.1 of an inch in that time. I understand some have great experience with girth gains, but I wasnt and at the rate I was going It would take me 5-10 years of being locked next to a shitter and a shower every night for an hour to an hour and a half. I was tired of waisting my life away. Im young, i have friends, dreams. I should be spending my nights with friends, girls, school rather than fiddling with my penis in hope it gets bigger.

i was 4.4-4.5 and I had a skinny penis. I was tired of it and found out about fillers. I saw Hylaronic Acid was an option, but it makes your dick feel squishy and unnatural and you have to get a top up like every 6 months. Very expensive, unnatural, not worth it.

i got ellanse injected. Its considered higher risk cause you cant disolve it like HA, but it lasts way longer and feels natural.
So far I have gained almost a whole inch. Ive gained more in 1 hour on a table than I have in 5 years(2 years on girth). It looks natural, feels real, its awesome.

Unfortunately you cant put ellanse into the penis head. You can inject HA into the head, but again plenty of top ups and I dont believe the gains are that good for the head I believe its a very challenging place to enlarge with fillers. I dont carw though, I have an average head, I like the look of a big shaft and a smaller head, I think it makes your cock look like a turpedo. I got the two year version, but it lasts longer than that. Itll last for a minimum of 4 years but possibly alot longer. Plus its a collagen stimulator so it will generate authentic growth in your own penis. Its not as artificial as you may think. Yes once the product settles you can do all the PE you want. In fact I know one doctor who reccomenda his patients pump and do stretching excercises. But Im done doing pe excercises personally.
I love this ellanse shit. Its been awesome so far. I went from 4.4-4.5 to 5.4-5.5(at the base 5.5). I plan on doing one more round in febuary to get to 6 inches.

Im around 6.3-6.4 nbpel. Sometimes a tad longer or a tad shorter depending on if ive been stretching. Im 7.2 bone pressed. Well one inch was the initial swelling. Prob moreso around .8 gain around the mid shaft which still is more than ive ever gained from manual excercises. If you need any advice or help feel free to ask I will do my best. Shortcuts if done right can be working smarter. And I have put in plenty of time and work into my penis. I gained more in 1 hour than I ever did throughout the 5 years of pe. Yes it may only last 4-10 years but when it runs out ill just get it done again. Thats 4 years of my life im not locking myself inside of a bathroom cayse of my penis insecurity. There isnt a straight forward answer to that. Depends on the doctor and the currency and how many mls you do. 10 mls i believe costs 4 k in australia and that gains you about .5 inches. As for the limit not sure but you are best to spread it up through months if you want more than 15 ml to much at once may be harmful.

Very interesting stuff.. I wouldn't be against something like this in the future.
Maybe if I see more people talking about it. It'd be nice if a handfull of people got it done so we can have documentation on different accounts to know what we are getting into/give people who are interested an idea of what to expect.

No you dont need top ups. Thats why HA didnt appeal to me because of how fast it degenerates and how often you need top ups. You definantly can get them if you want more size though. As in mobile? i have gotten this done too, from 15 ml ellanse with dr oates in austrlaia i have gained 1.2 inches in erect girth, 1.5 inches in flaccid girth, 0.5 - 1 inch flaccid girth. it costed about 12,000 australian dollars. i have done pe for about 8 yrs, in that time i gained 0.5 to 1 inch length, and maybe 0.25 inch girth. last year i clamped 3 times a week for a year, 0 gains. i have posted logs on this forum in the past. the results are not perfect, but are very good. certain areas of tight skin can shift the filler before it sets (up to a week). also injextions points can leave small amounts of filler causing nodules to form, although this can be prevented in by squeezing skin at injection points to spread filler. my measured post pic was prior to the other post on the hand pic, and ive evened the shape out more. erect girth is similar and between 5.9 and 6 inch.
