Old PE head advice

Encouragement, support, and innovation:

Just wanted to give you guys some encouragement and support when it comes to gains.

Yes the basics and fundamentals are great but don't be afraid to be innovative. Meaning come up with new techniques and exercises.

Just to share, my overall length gains have been 2.5 BPEL.

I remember when I got stuck at 1 inch I started incorporating Mandingo stretch, bundle stretch and side to side stretch. Also just more time under tension.

Personally side to side stretch is very underrated form of stretching and should be added into your routine but in all directions.

My personal tips:

-DO YOUR PE ROUTINE IN A HOT SHOWER (If you have a mobile shower head use it to target your penis)
-Do Mandingo stretch, side to side stretch (all directions), and BTC stretch (one of the most powerful stretches)
-JELQ AFTER YOUR STRETCH ROUTINE
-Don't be afraid to pull as hard as you can (your penis is stronger than your strength)

Current state:

Currently at 7.5-7.75 BPEL fluctuation after not doing PE for 7 years. Kept my gains and all but I'm going to try and push to 8.5 at least and 9 inches at most BPEL. If you guys got any tips for me lmk.
