Not sure how to title this but regards to middle shaft.

So Sometimes when flaccid, the middle of my shaft somewhat looks like I’ve had a tight C ring on for too long. if I just massage it a little bit and do some keggles it goes away. I’m talking like once in a blue moon! but it doesn’t last long. It’s almost like something is restricted at times in the middle. Anyways I thought a while back I remember reading somebody had the same issue and there was a couple possible reasons why this happens from time to time..

Long hours of wear time kinked tissues, and as the tissues healed, the retained that odd shape until the tissues warmed up, expanded, and matched the remaining surrounding tissues. Using a cylinder to pump will restore the shape back in a few months.

I totally understand what you’re saying, but I’m not sure that’s what the issue is as I don’t do any type of c-rings/restricting in the center of the shaft only.
I feel like it been like this a long time. It only does it once in a blue moon though..
I should snap a picture one time.

When I was focusing exclusively on length work and wrapping with the ace bandage, I had this same issue. The mid shaft of my penis looked thinner.

Have no worries, by the time you switch to girth work, you won't notice it again. I think it happens because some gains are made from that mid shaft area.

Doing length and girth together works awesome but there are some that do better doing one over the other until goals are met. You will experience some issues along the way but these will equalize as you start the next phase of training will correct these issues.

I do both girth and length at times. Sometimes I’ll do girth first! Or length, Then sit in a silisleeve for 5/6 hrs,
Then do you a heat wrap/mos-red and massage then strap on the stealth stretcher for about an hr and then do a light stretch for as long as possible in the vacuum stretcher..

Well to be honest, I got into PE in 2009 first on another site, and then shortly afterwards I found MOS. I’ve always done both! I guess what I meant to say in the above post I will do girth and length in one day.
It seems to be I work on girth first I suppose because it’s easier to just do all that in the shower along with the Mityvac in the am, then, later in the day/evening, I’ll switch to the length work and stretch for as long as I can. I do switch up the routine order though from time to time..

So to answer your question I was probably always inclined to get those length gains more so than girth, at first, but definitely was always after both no doubt.

Over the years for quite a while in the beginning to mid error, I trained what I feel was quite a lot and then kinda back of on intensity, and the amount of time I would do it.. i’ve never stopped, but when I put on size, ( along with everything else that goes on in life) I noticed that I kinda backed off a bit.
but the other month I started trying to get back into a routine at least 4 to 5 times a week! I really would like to pack on more size this year.
Throughout my time, I put on about 2 inches in length and exposed a lot of inner penis along with more girth..
I was going to actually try to make a decent little post of my experiences throughout the years. I don’t ever post on here but I sure as fuck read everything and love the community here.
I’m gonna try and be a little bit more active here..

For me, my body, if not doing length exercises (bundled lateral stretches) then, no gain. I do not know why? but thats it.

Because your tissues that are composed of the tunica are resilient to changes. The meds you were on stunt your cellular growth to a very low rate, and your stresses didn't help either. If I'm in your shoes, I keep the tunica under stress load at around 900g all day long.

This is the reason I stopped PE forever. I got gains with 5x5x3 - unexpected gains - when i stopped. How lol is that?

It is. Just like we discussed, lateral tissues from pumping helps with longitudinal tissues from stretching, and the opposite is also true. It's just the genetic games we are dealt with. This is why for those who are not gaining length because of some strange anomaly, we switch to girth, while still focus on length. The girth soften the tissues around the tight muscles and ligaments (the tunica), and as the tunica is soften, length can be focused on using length routines.

As you know, there is no wrong way approaching in PE. Some said to start with length first, then other said to start with girth first. Both are correct, but it's up to you to know which to start with to get the most benefits. Everyone is different at all stages. We tailor the routines according to each brother's needs, and not just blindly follow a program without knowing about our body's needs first.

So true! We need to be aware of where we are and remain engaged and flexible to change as it is needed

I have always done both in every session working 7 days a week. But some do better doing a different breakdown of exercise. I always suggest SRT as a beginner routine but this is where honest self awareness is needed to know how much you can. If SRT seems like too much you can divide the routine in half or go every other day or whatever combination works for you.
