No response on my PA order

Hi

I recently ordered one [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] and the payment has been deducted from my credit card.

I am having 2 concerns on providing the complete address and when it will be shipped out with tracking number. I have been emailing and calling to no avail, which is very disappointing and frustrating.

Anyone can help me out here?

Just got an email back from him and he has not heard from you????

"Never seen if before, Never heard of this person. No idea why it would get bounced back. I have one [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] that has to be shipped but I do not thinkit is him."

I would send him another email

Email reply received from supportmos. I didn't use my User Name in my email.

I was advised that it would be shipped out tomorrow or friday.

Can I know which version is it, first or the latest? What happened to the orange one I ordered online?

Please help me.

I am happy you received it. Yes, we changed to a more flexible material to aid in stretching.

As I would prefer the old one as the has smooth finishing, thinner on the thickness and it looks cooler. Is there any way I can exchange to the old one FOC as that is what I ordered and is in the description of the product?

Those have been gone for a very long time. The only model we have is the current one. The wood models were breaking and this could cause severe injury. We needed to change to a safer textile.

No, wood. I really loved the wood but it did not flex enough and was breaking. The new compound is much more flexible while remaining strong.
 
The web guys really need to change that photo!
