I've been following PE for about 4 years, but I didn't have the discipline to start my journey. I feel that I am now ready to take on this challenge and supported by this community I feel more motivated than ever.
First of all, a little bit about why I got here, although I'm not that tall, I'm 5′ 11″, I've always been that very wide guy, shoulder to shoulder distance, hand and foot sizes, “sherk” style from the animated films if you know what I mean, and what I've always felt is that my piece has never accompanied me, especially in a flaccid state because the turtle effect is very strong in me, I'm a legitimate grower. So although I'm not so dissatisfied with my erect size, my flaccid size torments me because it's always very difficult to put on a thong on holidays, or even in sports gyms, I always have to hide and this has tormented me since I was a boy, but it would be great to get flaccid gains, but why not erect too.

Anyway, here we are.

Starting stats (29/05/2024):
BPEL:
6.6" - 16.8cm
Girth: 6.4” - 16.5cm (at the thickest point)

Goal Measurements:
BPEL:
8.5" - 9.0"
Girth: 7.0-7.5"

I'll do the DLD's newbie routine like a good beginner:

In the morning when I wake up, I'll do the stretching routine:
5 minutes of Bundled Stretching

Basic Stretching:

3x Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds
3x Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds
3x Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds

3x Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
3x Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
3x Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
3x Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

3x Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
3x Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
3x Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
3x Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

3x Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
3x Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
3x Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds
3x Straight Up Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

I'll do it at night:
5 minutes of Bundled Stretching

Basic Jelqing


For First 2 weeks - 300 2 Second Jelqs

after 2 weeks - 600 2 Second Jelqs

PC Muscle Fitness

100 quick Kegel squeezes

50 of the following: Squeeze your PC muscle as hard as you can, hold for 5 seconds then slowly release for 2 seconds. When you have finished the 50 your PC muscle will be screaming. This is a good sign. Now to finish the exercise start squeezing and hold for 1 minute, if you get tired squeeze harder until the minute is complete.

Testicle Health Stretch

I have a pronounced turkey neck. From what I've seen, lengthening the scrotum can help reduce this situation

This will be my routine, I still don't have any equipment to help me, even if someone has a homemade solution to stay stretched after the stretching exercises.
 
Great start. You have great girth currently. My suggestion only, focus everything on length for the time being. Higher level of tissue growth will provide the speedo's bulge appearance you need as more sense tissues come out. However, this will need the equipment you are lacking to get those denser tissues. The critical part is to also keep the penile shaft elongated as long as possible through gentle wraps/sleeves to prevent turtling. Cold days + speedo + lack of confidence, you will still get some turtling but not as much. I can say that I'm there with you when it comes to turtling. Nibblet of mushroom for me on cold days. Now, it's weiner of protrusion on cold days. Can't say I won't blind people and break some mirrors wearing speedo's, but I'm liking my flaccid bulge after my years from PE.

Definitely start with the newbie routine, it hits all the angles and you never know where the first growth is hiding.

With no PE equipment to start, I would personally recommend making a small first investment of ordering sleeves to stay elongated after your workouts, or the sillistretcher if you can afford it as an ADS to add a little more traction during healing if you have issues with turtling.

No sense in doing the hard work in manual stretching and not getting the bennifer of healing elongated. It's not purely how much you stretch, but under SRT it is also how you heal.
 
Do you know how big 7 Inch and 7.5 Inch girth is?
That represents a width of: 2.2 to 2.4 Inch width (if your penis is a perfect cylinder).

That is equal to a width of approximately: 5.59 cm to 6 cm in width. But our penis is not 100% uniform like a cylinder so it can be a little bit less.

My question is:
- Why do you want this?

Second question:
- How many women want this?
- Are this for ego or practical use?

Third question, do @squirt_inducer_man also wants this as well?

I recommend that you hold each stretch at a minimum of 1 minutes. Set a timer on 30 minutes and do all your stretches during that time (my recommendation).
Do 2x30 minute session each day. If not, the program above have a risk to not produce enough fast gains. You can plateau really fast.

When you get to advanced level and you want to gain as fast as possible I recommend that you hold each stretch for 5 minutes. If your hands start to shake just keep going. With time your hand strength will be stronger and stronger.

Also use time instead of number of "Cranks". Do 1 minute of cranks.
You need a timer to do penis enlargement. This is important to create an even and uniform penis.

Also I recommend to transition into bundled stretches after at least 1 months, if you can; transition sooner. You can use a simple broomstick or a pvc pipe, if you have no access to a LengthMaster 3.

Use a pel.wrap (penis elongation wrap) or a sleeve.


You can even use an ADS (all day stretcher) but that is not necessary if you go hard in your stretching sessions. Increasing the intensity progressively is really important.

It is important that every brother sets realistic goal and understand just how big 7.5 inches in girth is. It is practically unusable in most sexual experiences and the fact you will be hard pressed to get a blow job
