Newbie with a question

New member, though not quite a newbie to PE. Had a bathmate for a couple months but got lazy and ended up getting rid of it. Now getting back into manual exercises. My only problem is that I get excited pretty quick, even when doing a simple stretch. I mean, i get a semi after one stretch. Any tips, besides thinking about baseball, to help alleviate this issue? Will it get better as I progress? Any and all advice welcome

stretching in a semi soft state is just as good as structuring one completely flaccid. As a matter of fact erect stretching is very good too. You can put yourself into a complete state of fatigue by over training and this will let you access greater length and this can be done by using the DLD Blasters. DLD Blasters Pre-fatigue the penis and allow you to stretch without any interference from your pelvic floor muscles. If you’re done having sex with your wife the refractory period before you can get another erection is the best time to stretch without worry of erection.

It's a mind to body connection...
...it's usually a newbie reaction at first when doing length exercises. It's takes some time to reprogram your mind not to be stimulated when performing PE-training. Just takes a little practice. Stop until the body relaxes and give it another go at it. As DLD stated, you can also utilized the moment and do erect stretching.

It's an all day stretcher i found online. Seems kinda legit. Idk

an ADS Is extremely important in healing. If you read through SRT you’ll see I talk about stretching in a passive mode. And this is called healing and it brings gains so much quicker because your healing so much faster in a elongated or expanded state. This can be done with a sleeve also.

It can be done as well with the ace bandage or any thick elastic and skin friendly bandage.
