New member, though not quite a newbie to PE. Had a bathmate for a couple months but got lazy and ended up getting rid of it. Now getting back into manual exercises. My only problem is that I get excited pretty quick, even when doing a simple stretch. I mean, i get a semi after one stretch. Any tips, besides thinking about baseball, to help alleviate this issue? Will it get better as I progress? Any and all advice welcome
