Question DLD. Will bundles also hit logs? Clearly they'll get the tunica, that's their whole point. But I will usually do unbundled stretches. Then do bundles. Why might someone do the stretches but bundled? What effect does this have over doing the stretches normally?yes I am coaching someone right now who is using all bundled stretches for every stretch he does and he is gaining very quickly

As a newbie, it is best to start off with normal stretches. You want to take all the gains from the regular stretches before proceeding to the advanced ones. From my experience, some exercises brought gains quicker than others but it was all worth it.
