You're welcome. I'm here if you need further assistance. It's a lot of text but it's important information. The healing part is really important to speed up gains.
Super! I still need to read everything and take my time but, healing time is about the time between the trainning sessions and/or about to fix the gains with silicon rings, etc?

After lengthwork when you have been stretching your penis, you should keep your penis in an elongated state and "teach" your penis that it's forbidden to turtle/shrink. This is important to cement (make permanent) gains, and also this will wity time make your flaccid state longer.

Preferably you should do this constantly. Personally I use this wrap: 🔗 Penis Elongation Wrap. This wrap is really good to keep your penis elongated at all times.

There are also other methods for this like extenders, here on the forum they recommend Silistretcher a product by MOS Shop, because you can wear it under your pants all day.
Personally I have not tried that metod, but with this method you will cement your gains fast as well. Probably even faster since you can keep your tissue even more elongated, during the heling elongation process (all day long).

After girthwork you put a constriction (cock ring) at the base of your penis in order to keep the temporary girth expansion for longer, this is essential to cement your gains and make it permanent faster.

This program should be done for girthwork. With it you will get to the girth ypu desire.

The goal is to increase the intensity and hardness of the stretches as you progress. If you want to know more, just ask about it. I can even link the orginal file for the DVD if you want that as well.

But if you want faster gains later, after your newbie lengthgains of: ~1 Inch increase.
I personally recommend the LENGTHMASTER 3. This is the device I'm personally are using currently. It's looks scary but it's really not. 🙂

If you want to start stretching with your hands, that's really good as well. In this way you will learn the fundamentals in Penis Enlargement, and you will become a master in 1 year from now. If you stick to a solid program you will be amazed after 1 year. Trust me on this, Penis Enlargement is all worth it.

By the way: What are your goal in length and girth and where are your measurements now?
It can be a good thing to have this before you start.
I have personally not my starting girth measurement, and I regret that.

You're erected length measurement should be from the pubic bone, we are calling this: Bone Pressed Erected Length, or short: BPEL. You measure from the top of your penis.

Here is an example of a measurement I did before, my first picure measurement. It's a good guideline in how ypu measuring your, BPEL value.

The best measurement device in my opinion is the wooden ruler.


The other measurement you should take is your erected girth. We have the abbreviation for it as: EG. Some brothers want both EG at the base and at the mid-shaft.
This are measurements of the circumstances of your erected penis. The best measurement device is a tailors tape, preferably a new one, so there is no risk of it being stretched or something.

I started today with the programm 5-5 x3
Now i have a bit of edema around the gland (Maybe the donnut effect?) I have read that silicaps will help. Do you recomend me a specific one? how to use it?

Hope your Bathmate gives you both length and girth gains, personally I actually got like 2 cm in length and some girth from using the Bathmate alone. Though it’s always best to combine it with other exercises like stretching and jelqing.

Can’t go wrong with the 5x5x3 and the SSJ’s. Hope you get some quick and easy newbie gains.
