Hey guys I made this account probably 3 years ago but had a lot going on and kind of forgot about it, but im back and definitely consider myself a newbie and want to know how to start. Thanks!😁

3.Skip underwear, let your johnson hang when you can’t wear a device.
 
3Tips:

1. Get a heater fan.
That heater should be heating your tissues while stretching. High heat makes them malleable.

2. HEAL WHILE EXTENDED:

Make yourself a big big favor, invest in a “all day stretcher device”.

All your hard work can be done early in the morning, and the rest of the day could be just a low tension with your “all days stretcher device”.

THIS IS PIVOTAL FOR GAINS.

If you do buy one don’t use it in public right away, get to know it in private, act like your in public fully clothed. And see what obstacles you might encounter.

3. LEARN TO STRETCH WITH BOTH HANDS:

Naturally, your strongest grip and stretches will come easier on your dominant hand.

But dont neglect your “no - dominant.

You have very import ligaments on each side of your penis. From the beginning I would start focusing energy in the non dominant hand.

Because stretching over and over with your dominant hand as priority, and neglecting your weaker hand will result in unbalanced stretches.


Your ligaments will start to grow each other apart in matters of flexibility this will hinder your growth in the long run.


Till this day, my left side ligament by being overstretch by default always wants to take control over the strech. Meaning that my right side ligament struggles to be activated or stretched.

WHICH AFFECTS MY GAINS. Imagine having your left ligament super stretchy pulling gains, and your righ lig super rigid holding them back.
