I started my PE journey a long time ago, in 2003 with some rudimentary website. I don't think this forum was live yet or it was just beginning.
My starting size was 12.7cm in length and 4.25" in girth. I know it's odd to use both metric systems but I always did this regarding PE.
I did PE regularly for about 2-3 years ( 3-4 months in a row and then I had some time off in the same duration ). I think I never had a time when I did PE for 6 months in a row to cement the gains properly.
Years have passed and I restarted PE in 2008 doing it consistently 4 months in a row and then made a big pause again and restarted again in 2011, and that was it.
I did not achieve what I hoped to achieve. At my peak I had almost 7" length and around 5.3" girth. That was not that bad at all but the size was not cemented and now I have only 6.4" length and around 5.1" girth.
In the summer time last year I was 6.5" Length and 5.2" girth so I know that the season contributes to size. Cold weather negatively affects size.
I always had one simple issue and that is the reason I kind of failed this PE journey;

I noticed that when I masturbate often I had almost no gains in girth, and that was mainly because I couldnt have a proper erection strong enough to use for clamping exercises.
But, if I refrained from ejaculation and had girth exercises where I needed to be "excited" watching adult entertainment or nude images, afterwards I was nervous and I mostly had acne problems which always lead me to give up.
I did not want a bigger penis if the price was scared face from acne.
I could avoid ejaculating for a few days only during the exercise period, and after a few days a was totally neurotic and I needed to just do it to cool down.
I read forums and was even active at times to an extent, but I never understood how I can have a proper 90 - 100% erection "on demand" which Ive seen helped with gains in my case.
