So I started my PE focusing on girth. I ordered a Mityvac kit and I’m excited for it. With the first couple weeks of jelqing, I have noticed minor gains already. My question is in regards to the healing process. After my exercise, I place my current cock ring on to heal in the extended state. Do I need to maintain an erection or can it sit flaccid with the ring on and still heal? Or is it a combo, every so often get hard again and replace ring?

Just wear the cock Ring after your girth session. Whether flaccid or erect it doesn't matter.

I wear rings and bands after intensive manual sessions. I believe it helps in allowing me to retain elongation and expansion for a bit longer while my unit rests after a good session.
