My desire..is to get to 9x7 by the end of this year maybe is too ambitious right?

Gaining 2" inches in length and 2 inches in girth .. well that might be way too much to ask for.. This one time my mental approach towards P.E got to be different. One day at the time and learn to enjoy each and every routine... There will be times when I won't have the time for a fulfilling routine. And some other times when things will be best.

This is the routine I will have for the next two weeks.. Once I finish this I got to continue with the rest of the SRT program.

First 2 weeks LENGTH and GIRTH
Stretching Routine:
5 Minutes Bundled Stretches
Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds x 3

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Down Rotary Stretches : 25-Cranks

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Out Rotary Stretches : 25-Cranks

Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Up Rotary Stretches : 25-Cranks

5 minutes doing Bundled Stretches
100 strong, upward, erect jelqs
1 sixty second Slow Squash jelq
100 strong, downward, erect jelqs
1 sixty second Slow Squash jelq
100 strong, upward, erect jelqs
1 sixty second Slow Squash jelq
100 strong downward jelqs
1 sixty second Slow Squash jelq

Since I have done this routine before... Hope I get better results this time.. Should I change it for something different??

I think it's a good way to start over..

One last question what are the enjoyable things that go through your mind when you guys are having a routine..? Curious George here..

End of 2026? Since 2025 just ended not too long ago. It's still possible. Time to evaluate what has been done and tweak the routines.

2inx2in in a given year may be pushing the limits. There are brothers that have accomplished it, but they pushed to the point of breaking. I wouldn't suggest it. 1.5inx1in is more doable.

For the new year, use this as a restart routine after a newbie routine transition if you're breaking for some reason. @DLD might suggest A-bend, Pyramid Bend, toss in a few PowerAssist stretches to keep the tissues from adapting every 2 weeks, and explore the other jelq method to supplement a set or two of the SSJ. Using the same exercises for too long will cause the body to initiate adaptation, rather than adoptation. You want the body to adopt to the new stresses, not adapt to them.

I think it's a good way to start over..

Yes. A dynamic routine, but a disciplined routine keeps things straight and narrow. There may be days you just want to give up, or there are days that you are too busy to deal with the routines because of unforeseen circumstances. But having a routine that you can use any time is essential to keep your growth in check and your days aligned to what you need to do while you're still free. My days are no longer normal, and we're constantly on the go. But I know when and where to start as the free time presents itself. This is because of the discipline for PE I've built up over the years.

Ok the first two weeks will be performed as written above.. after two weeks I'll continue with the SRT adding power assist stretching+ a different jelqing routine in order to let the penis adopt to new stresses..

But I'm aware time won't be as available too..As you wisely mentioned unforeseen circumstances happen (they SUCK) but they are part of our lives.. They are going to be solved🔥🙏

Everything starts with the mind. You build your goals and ambitions inside your mind, and physically execute it. A weak mind means failures. A strong mind means you can get yourself hurt or kill. A disciplined mind will get you where you want to go and accomplish tasks even meant as improbable. So, pull that penis out, arm it, and charge forward like it's an unstoppable (not unbreakable) phalanx.

Thank you, brother. No matter how battered up we are, or how tired we may feel, stand up, and move! PE is the same. Our brother @9.5inchpro keeps moving, even though his gains are in micrometers, seeing very little changes. He still moves forward like a freaking machine. I think he is a machine; a cyborg? Penile borg? His smaller brain is taking control. His larger brain approved.
