New to the game!

Hello all,

I’m somewhat new to PE, though I’ve had mixed experiences with it in the past. I’ve always been fairly spotty with my routines which naturally hasn’t produced the results I’ve been searching for. I’m about 5.5” erect and I’m looking to add at least an inch to length and a half inch to girth.

Now I’m back to exercising and more focused on consistency. I have purchased a penile extender for stretching, and a 30-day supply of Mr. Man, male enhancement pills. I know they do nothing on their own, it’s just to get the blood to the right places for my sessions.

I plan to Jelq 5 days out the week followed immediately by a stretching routine, but I have no idea where to start. I’m currently Jelqing for 200 reps daily as an introductory system. No real warm-up or warm-down included, besides showering. My question is, what’s a good plan that includes stretching and Jelqing? I don’t mind waiting for results, and the last thing I wanna do is push too hard. Thanks in advance for any other pointers or tips you may have!
