New to PE

New to PE, but not new to forum. Been lurking for a while because I had several other priorities that were way to time consuming to do anything over the past few years. Now new to training overall, so this should be interesting as I'm a pretty consistent and intense trainee when accomplishing tasks. Good thing, gave me a lot of time to think and create what I'm trying to accomplish. Will be creating/updating a progress thread in the morning when I start. Looking forward to the process.

Starting Stats:
BPFL - 4.25"
FG - 4"

BPEL - 6"
EG - 4.5"

Welcome, brother. Nice of you to pull out of the lurker mode and into the interactive mode. You get more info related more for your PE journey than simply using universal approaches that only meant for others.

Try to create your own personal log and routine so we can contribute your thoughts and concerns.

I am so happy to see you come out in public to the forum. This is probably one of the biggest steps one can take to cause Great support and great gains. My brother Oldandlively has given you very good advice, so I would follow that. Starting with the newbie routine until you max, that out and then you can jump into the SRT phase.

Will be updating that tonight for the plan over the first six months. Should be interesting for sure, will love the feedback - I'm a very aggressive trainer and I'm either 100% in something or not in at all. Reason I had to lurk, had many surgeries so had to get health right first because I was essentially non-mobile to recover from them a couple of times - health first. Positive side, health is much more optimal and have had time to really study and understand, so not a waste of time.

Love it, will be doing this to not only hold me accountable but to share info and insights on my progress, and learn. I'm very in tune with my body, they told me my leg and foot would have to be amputated 2 separate times, through faith and perseverance, I walk with no assistance. On the positive, reading over the successes its all about consistency and intensity - while knowing your body. Good thing, I can train 18 hours a day if I want so there is no excuses for me not to constantly max gain.

If you walk in faith, all things are possible through God. And perseverance is sweet in the eyes of the lord. I will pray for you every day until you get better.
