Right now my routine is mainly A and V stretches using a foam roller or glass bottle (sometime i fill it with hot water), I feel a nice stretch on my shaft. I put a toilet paper right under the glans for the extra grip. By applying a moderate strength, i tend to hold it for 2-3 minutes in a set.
Since i incorporated A and V Stretches, my shaft is feeling little sore and i like the sensation, feels like im properly working the tissue. 20-25 minutes is enough for me. Before i used to stretch SD and out like 30 min and only felt in my ligs. So A & V stretches is a great excercise for length who are doing only manuals.
