New PE Girth Gains

Started Sep 1
Been doing manual stretches,bundled
For about 1 hour in all directions.
Hanging 2-3 times per week for 2 sets,20min
Pumping 2-3 times a week, Ssj - 1 hr girth work
Had poor EQ after doing jelqing, so I stopped in the 1st week.
Great Temporary expansion after pumping &Ssj where my length becomes 6.3" & girth 5.6". So in love with girth excercises.
Then, after healing in cock ring or bandage.

So after 4 weeks of pe
Girth increased to 5.375"
No change in length, only after girth work temporary expansion to 6.3.


Starting size -
Length - 6"
Girth - 5.125"

Goals - 8x6

That’s awesome because it really replaces your hands in the best way. You’ll never be able to use all the power available with the LM and you wouldn’t have to change your routine too much you would basically replace your stretching with LM stretching. The LengthMaster can do pretty much any manual stretch with 10 times the intensity.

I find that men who go after length or girth exclusively end up making faster growth in that area. So I completely condone or support this method. Later when you train girth it will allow you to dedicate all your focus to that also making it so much quicker process wise.

That’s a great routine and I’m so happy you laid it out. I will come and visit us every day to make sure everything is going well. Yes you can sleep with an ACE bandage, a Silisleeve or a SiliStretcher.

OK so let’s try to do something different. Did this growth come from the 5×5×3? If so did you ever end up with fluid retention or issues surrounding the 5×5×3? If your growth has slowed you can kick it up a notch by going with something like a 10×10×2 or some other variation of the time. Let me know what you’re doing so I know for sure and I can direct you the best way

No I've been pretty lazy with girth cuz I'm mostly focused on length at the moment, until I get to 7". My girth routine is just Bathmate which i usually do 2-3 sets of 5 minutes, I'll occasionally stay in it for 10 minutes if I'm feeling it. I've only done SSJ a couple times, if I do decide to jelq it's usually regular 2 second jelqs for 300-400 reps.

So clearly my girth workouts aren't very on point which explains why it stopped growing. I think I'll do the full 5x5x3 with ssjs and pump tonight and see how I feel in terms of fatigue and EQ.

Edging helps with gains as the longer you can hold an erection the more your tunica will expand and elongate. It also helps with erection quality. I think the main reason men use it is to condition themselves to last longer in bed with their wives.

Hey DLD, A question
Which one is more productive in healing on extended state? Cock rings or Bandage wrap,

ring makes my flaccid more fuller and longer. while in wrapped, it tends to turtle if i walk around often,
I wanna target length first,
Should i do both? Does cock ring affect my length gains?
 
They are for different uses. A bandage wrap is for cementing length. A cock ring is used to heal or cement girth. So you really should have both. To understand this better please read SRT.

1 hour girth work; pumping,clamping Ssj and 10 min dry jelqing & 5 mins edge
Followed by manual stretches in all directions for 30 mins

Still going on!! No breaks,
Routines have been pretty much manual stretches, pumping & Ssj and hanging 20 mins 3-4 sets.
Then healing in cock ring & wrap.

I just masturbated today after 2 weeks, only hanged 2 sets in the morning,
Dick was hard as a rock,
I had to measure it , MSEG is now 5.55" and NBPL 6.2". Gains are cemented.

Looks so much better & muscular now that my veins are starting to pop.
Can't wait to gain more ??

A bandage wrap is for cementing length

Ive found some adhesive medical wrap in the UK. I wrap my unit up but can only stay in there for around 30 mins, without the glans going darker,

trouble is if i wrap to lightly my unit retracts back inside.

does all this sound okay, and just stay in it for 20 minutes at a time?

This sounds exactly like I do it. I go for 20 to 30 minutes with a very tight wrap at my longest flaccid length and I reset it every 20 to 30 minutes to return good blood flow. The tape is not as comfortable as the fabric so I would search out the ace fabric. It’s a couple dollars more but it will last you for life. It makes it very comfortable to do a very tight wrap

We also sell ace wrap in the store if you can’t find it in your area.

I get nice flaccid hang all day after workout.

Just measured after 2 weeks, gained 0.5 cm in BPEL and NBEL in this time. Only from jelqing n stretching, So I'm gonna keep doing this routine until the gains stop coming.
