i have pretty severe fluid retention using a Hydromax extreme 9. I would like to do the SSJs but it’s tough after 5 minutes because of the fluid. I’m guessing maybe I’m going over pressure? It hurts but I can take it.
when doing a weighted stretch what is the best position? Sitting in a chair with the weight pulling towards the floor or laying on a table with a hole cut in it pulling straight away from your body?
