New member, I have a few questions.

i have pretty severe fluid retention using a Hydromax extreme 9. I would like to do the SSJs but it’s tough after 5 minutes because of the fluid. I’m guessing maybe I’m going over pressure? It hurts but I can take it.

when doing a weighted stretch what is the best position? Sitting in a chair with the weight pulling towards the floor or laying on a table with a hole cut in it pulling straight away from your body?

The pressure from the pump is too high that's why you are getting fluid build up. You have to start the first pumping set slow and only start increasing pressure from the second set and third set but for the first set, don't increase pressure too much.

You need to make sure you are doing SSJ after each pumping set as well. 5 to 10 minutes of SSJ.
