New Length Master Routine

I’ve been doing the following routine with a homemade length master, whilst I wait for the delivery of the new length master, which should arrive today or Monday. I’m super excited. I wanted feedback from you fine gentleman if His is a good routine or if I need to change it a bit for max/better results.

warm up with a infrared heat pad for 10/15 mins.

attach length master and do 5 mins of bundled stretches.

then I do the following for sets for 30/45 seconds each set.

4 x straight down bundled stretches
4 x straight up bundled stretches
4 x bundled Mandingo stretches
4 x straight out A stretches
4 x straight out Y stretches
4 x BTC stretches
4 x straight down stretches.

the. I warm down with the infrared pad for 5 mins in a straight out stretched position.
finally I put on a silli sleeve and go about my day.
The workout is 35/40mins in duration.

Quick question. Post exercise wrapping, should you wrap in as elongated as possible? I’ve been doing that and found that taking a piss can be a bit tough. However I’ve started wrapping a bit looser which still keeps me elongated but not at the fully stretched length. Any advice on this or what I should do? An ADS is not possible for now

I need to unwrap my elongation wrap every time I take a piss. But some people seems to be able to piss with their wrap.
Keep it as elongated as you can without keeping it to tight. To tight will restricts to much blood flow, this is my suggestion.
 
I got my length master today and did a 30 min session of power assisted stretching. Had no problem with wrapping or slippage. The stretch is awesome, but I was careful not to get carried away. It’s awesome and I’m already looking forward to tomorrow mornings workout 🙌
