Water retention will sneak up on you sometimes because of various reasons but I’m so happy you understand that it can be worked out by using a Jelq or the SSJ. The work at your garden is incredible and I like that you’re using DLD blasters, a very powerful fulcrum exercise.

Thank you very much for the kind words DLD! Here was my routine for the day...

Day 7:

-100 DLD blasters (10 second A-stretch after ever 10 DLD blasters)
-6 minutes of bundles
-3x30-40 seconds of basic stretching routine (BTC, left, right, down, up, and out)
-3x25 rotaries clockwise and counter clockwise
-3 minutes of powerassist A stretch
-3 minutes of powerassist V stretch
-5 minutes of Mandingo stretches
-10 hours in ads sleeves
-4-5 hours in silistretcher

Felt a bit of right side ligament pain today when in my silistretcher and also just walking around in my ads sleeve. I think this is due to me always wearing my silistretcher to the left side (attached to my left leg). I also think that ive been stretching really hard in the downward positions (down and BTC) and my ligaments probably aren’t used to that kind of stress anymore, plus the new addition of the DLD blasters probably added to that stress (even though it is an amazing exercise). Tomorrow and for the next few days (unless the pain gets worse) I am going to just do straight out and up stretches just so that I’m still doing something PE related. I can’t afford an injury! @DLD do you have any insight as to what I should do in this situation?

I’m going to try to set a measuring day for either later October/ early November. That way I’ll give myself another 10-12 weeks to make some gains before I measure again, hoping to get anywhere from .25”-.5” in erect length!

I also think eventually I am going to start adding hanging to my routine once I get my LM (even if it is only for about 20minutes or so). Going to try getting it done in the evening! This is only if I do not have a serious ligament injury.

Day 8:

-minor mid shaft stretches
-10-12 hours in ads sleeves

woke up this morning and the right side of the base of my penis (just above the base, believe it is the right side ligaments, but also a little bit right at the base) was still a little sore and a little stiff. Also tried doing doing a few downward stretches throughout the day and there was no real discomfort which I found to be a good sign, but the area is a little tender to the touch. Last night before bed I used a535 on it (anti inflammatory heat cream) and did about 10-20 minutes of massage. I also used a535 on it this morning.

@DLD Can you please give some insight as to what you think this may be? if you have time can you also Go take a look at the new thread that I started in the boo boos and injury forum? If you could it would be much appreciated brother, god bless!?

it’s when I’m just walking around it’s tender to the touch. I was to stretch downwards a bit today to test how it felt and I didn’t feel too much discomfort, but when I go to massage it or touch it it’s quite tender. As I’m writing this I’m currently using an ice pack on it and am going to do a couple rounds of icing and see how that works. The pain now really isn’t at the base of the shaft at all, it’s just above the base of the shaft where the ligaments are (or where I believe they are). I had this problem on my left side 5 years ago after about 4 months of PE only much more severe pain back then (hurt when I was just walking and took about a month or so to heal). It could just be major fatigue but to be safe I’m going to give myself a bit of time off
 
Day 9:
-small amount of mid shaft stretching (while holding the base down)
-6-8 hours in ads sleeve 60-70% of erect length

there is slightly less pain then there was yesterday, However although the pain has gone down a bit I still want to give myself a few more days off to make sure the pain has completely gone away before I start back up again (even if it is just fatigue, I don’t want to risk a serious injury). Also I am now believing that the pain is almost certainly in my ligaments. When I am not stretching my penis the pain is up above my penis when the ligaments lay, BUT when I stretch my penis and the skin the pain travels down near the base of my actual shaft. This leads me to believe that it is the actual ligaments that are inflamed. @DLD do you believe it is the ligaments too (if not, tell me if I’m wrong. I’m open to all input!)

when I start back up again I want to ease back into it, just doing about a 30 minute session rather than my usual 60 minute session. I am also going to make sure that I warm up and warm down properly to prevent injuries. Looking forward to getting back to my old routine!

my LM comes in around the end of the month so once that comes in I’m going to be fired up to make some real gains!

Just to be safe be gentle for the next few days but I think this is a case of fatigue and the soreness you’re feeling you probably will feel that for about a month. When that soreness goes away for some then they worry that their gains have stopped. This is not the case, when you no longer feel soreness you will still be able to gain
 
Day 10:

-10 hours in ADS sleeve

today I played in a golf tournament all day so I was mostly just walking around with my ads sleeve on! The pain has subsided a bit more today so that seems like a good sign. I think I’m going to take tomorrow off as well and then starting Saturday I’m going to do half the routine I usually do. That’ll last a few days and then hopefully I’ll be back to full throttle! I also made a rice sock last night so I’m going to start using that to warm up and warm down with. It’ll add an extra 10-15 minutes to my sessions but it’ll be worth it in the long run.
 
Day 11:

-9 hours in ads sleeves

pain has almost gone away so either tomorrow or Sunday I am going to jump back into a routine! Looking forward to getting back into the game and making some real gains! Might start off a little slower this time for a couple days then really start to up the intensity again. My LM should be in pretty soon (probably within the next 1-2 weeks) so once that comes in... ALL ABOARD THE GAIN TRAIN!!

ya DLD I’m excited too! I used to have the older version of the LM back in the day and sadly it broke (used way too big of a wrap and it ended up snapping). But I used it for a good 2 years and I loved it for hanging! When I say ads sleeve I really mean just a regular silicone sleeve aha. I cut my 10” durosleeve in half so now I have 2 5” durosleeves to use with my silistretcher so I’m just using an old LG hanger sleeve. When I ordered my LM I also purchased a 8.25” silisleeve5 with a cap so once that comes in I’m going to use that whenever I am not able to use my silistretcher (like when I’m golfing or at the gym)!

first day back doing pe in the past week and let me tell you it’s good to be back! I took it a bit easier today just to get back into the swing of things and I probably will keep it that way for the next couple days or so. My LM should be in by the end of this week, if not then early next week!

the plan is to consistently do PE everyday or at least as often as I can. By the end of my length portion of my journey I want to have gained around 1”-1.25” in erect length and hopefully a longer flaccid length as well. I am going to take a guess that this will take about 8-12 months to achieve. Once I achieve this I am going to do maintenance length workouts a few times a week and continue wearing my sleeves on most days.

once I reach my length goals I’m looking to gains anywhere from .5”-1” in erect girth. I’m not looking for girth as much as I am length but it would be nice to have a bigger girth than what I have now!
 
This is becoming smarter and smarter for them to follow, doing one over the other seems to be the best plan of action. If you want length mostly then do a length exclusive work out. If you want to girth mostly do a girth exclusive work out. Being able to focus on one with complete concentration makes the process so much easier and faster.

After you have made the growth you desire in the length then you can go after yourgirth after

exactly DLD, if you apply the same principals to muscle building it makes sense. In order to build a certain muscle group Faster you must set other muscle groups to maintenance volume (example: if you want to grow your legs you can do less work on your arms and back so that your body can recover from heavier and more volume filled leg workouts in simplest terms). And if I’m ever worried about “needing” More girth when sleeping with a new person I usually just pump an hour or so before I know sexual acts are going to happen and then I am all set lol.

I also experimented with the drum stick stretch for my expressive stretching portion of the workout and it went decently well! If I grip lower near the base of the shaft then I can really feel the stretch and it’s a lot more comfortable than gripping with the sticks near the glans. Good thing I play the drums so I have tons of sticks laying around LOL!

I think my next measuring day is going to be around late November/early December, hoping to see around a .5” gain in length by then but we will just have to see.

@DLD, can you gain small amounts of girth/keep the same girth while only focussing on length or does your girth diminish from stretching the penis a lot? Also @DLD, do you have a link to a thread that talks about the perfect way to wrap up when using the LM?

ran out of time this morning to do my power assist stretches and my expressive stretching, but when I get home from work and the gym today I’llget them done. Glad to be back to stretching hard and getting good sessions in. This is the first day that I’ve used the silistretcher in about a week too so it’s nice to be back in it as well! According to UPS my LM should be in hopefully by the end of the week so I’m also stoked on that!

while stretching straight out today my BPFSL looked a little bigger today, I don’t think I’ve made any gains yet because it hasn’t been long and I already took some time off, but it’s nice to see that I looked longer already! I believe my BPFSL is around 7.75”-8”, if I could transfer that into BPEL that would be amazing! The end goal is 8” NBPEL but if I could even get to 8” BPEL that would make me equally as happy cause then I can say I have an 8” cock ??
