Hey Everyone!
New to the site though I’ve been reading threads on here daily for weeks. Great info!
Back 15 years ago I bought an extender device and I wore that for about a year and had great results. I went from 5.75” BPEL to 7.25” BPEL (never got a before erect girth but it’s been 5.25”) I am just getting back into this and I’ve been doing 120-150 jelqs in the shower every other day for two weeks and I’m already up to 7.5” BPEL and 5.5” girth. I am amazed by these results so I’m going all in and just ordered the MityVac and some cock rings. Going to do the 5x5x3 program with slow squash’s to try to get 6” EG.
I was also thinking about getting the Phallosan Forte to sleep with to try to get 8” length.
has anyone taken off an extended period and if so, did they get great gains or was it slow since they already had gains from before? I’m so excited to be part of this like minded community!

I believe you would benefit tremendously by reading:

If I can’t just focus on the length at night, I think I might put that on the back burner for a few years and just focus on girth now. I have a bunch of little kids and just bought a few businesses so I know I won’t be able to commit like it’s required. I can commit 30-60 minutes a day to the 5x5x3 routine. Girth is by far my main goal. The .25” gain which probably just came from the quality of the erections with the jelqing, has been awesome and my wife has already noticed. I was behind her last night in bed and when I started putting it in, she did the move where she threw the hand back to tell me to slow down. That was a good feeling! She hasn’t had to do that since the kids and I love her and my kids so I just want to grow myself so she can enjoy it the same way as she did before birthing them. I may be speaking to deaf ears but it’s nice to even be able to write out my thoughts cause as you guys know, this isn’t normal everyday conversation and I’ve never shared anything on a forum or anything like this before. Thanks for having this platform!
