Hello respected members and friends,
Praying fot the well being of each one of you.
So far so good into my PE journey, even though i had to do some tweaks to see improvement.
For few days my Lm post stretch routine temporary gains stalled and i couldn't get them to increase, and i have been following the newbie routine, bundled with LM.
For the last 4 days i tried to find out why and i tried hard Downward Bundled stretches with no result, mid session i switched to Behind the cheeks bundles stretches and then i saw improvement, and instant 0,5 cm temporary gains.
Note : before discovering MOS i used
to hand weight daily, around 2,5 lbs for an hour, not knowing that that was an advanced exercise and before i've never done any PE.
Could that made my ligaments more resistant to basic LM exercises, hence why i only saw gains with BTC bundles stretches?
