Need your help as I have concern

Hi guys,

Yesterday my balls is swelling and it haven't got better. I am not in pain when I sit and walk around. I think I probably have testical cysts, but I really sure. I have attached the picture for you to take a look. I need some advice what I would need to do. Can you please advice me if I should leave it for a week to see if it get better or I should go and see a doctor?

I would really like to solve the problem, but I have no idea how.

Any advice would be much appreicated.

if it doesn't help, do i need to go and see my own gp for advice?

A cyst really does not warrant a doctors visit if you have to pay, they will give you the same advice as I am giving you now. A single cyst, meaning not a condition of cystic acne where cysts appear regularly, it can be dealt with by very simple means. First and most important of all, do not pick, squeeze, probe, etc. This will cause severe scarring that WILL NOT GO AWAY. The therapy that would be suggested by a urologist would be a hot, wet compress 3 times a day. Long warm baths if you are able. Steam rooms at the gym would also be a great way to facilitate the surfacing and breaking of the cyst. With the hot compress you will see the cyst become more and more white at the top as the fluids surface, again, do not pop! Eventually, it will slowly release all the fluids on one of the compress times. Let it all come out and lightly press with the cloth against the cyst. Now that the cyst has naturally broken the skin you can encourage all fluids to be released by simply pressing with the hot cloth. Now, apply some bacitracin 3x daily to help with healing and to prevent any scarring or infection.
