hi , i'm just desperately looking for help , i've been doing pe for 1 year , last week i believe i strained my ligament when stretching to the left , i've felt a sharp pain in the base then i warmed down and felt no pain after, i didn't experience no numbness or discomfort , discoloration or loss of sensation , for the next two days i've had morning woods but i felt like the base of my penis is hanging light , so i didn't try to masturbate or have sex and decided to rest , then after that anxiety strokes i believe then it's been 5 days without erections , and ruminations started and i think i m experiencing some of hard flaccid symptoms like turtling when standing and loss of libido , i just need some advices on how to handle the situation and to know if i might injured my self permanently , i feel lost since it's my first injury and i just quit smoking weed recently that i believe is adding to my anxiety , sorry for my english and sorry for being long .

Just stop exercising for 48 hours until your penis is cured. It is only nervous spasms that happen and go within 48 hours. Don't worry. You say you lose this sexual desire because of anxiety and obsessive only.

thank you for responding but it's been one week since it happened i still feel like my ligaments are sore .

If it was a permanent injury, you would cry for pain, but thank God you are fine. Only nervous cramps. I wish you a speedy recovery, God willing.

thanks god , the only sharp pain i felt was in the moment , and still little cramps till today , but i noticed that my penis is hanging to the right , is this normal ?and the fact that i ve got morning woods 2 days after does it mean it was not that serious ?

After two days, tell me about you after you apply coconut oil and olive oil, do not put it in a bar whose temperature is warm and put it in the microwave for 20 seconds to warm it and apply it when going to sleep. Then tell me you have two days later

okay i'll give it a try , then the bending to the right can be normal ?

It does sound psychological. I think you nailed it with ‘nerves strike’. Just try to relax and take a day off. Maybe plan a romantic evening with a movie or something and see what happens when the mood is right. I think you should be fine and it should allay your fears. Good luck my friend.

i’m so glad that you got the answer needed to put your mind at rest. Most of the time and when I see most of the time I mean 99% of the time anyone that has a impotent problem resolves it within a few weeks. Sometimes it happens immediately once you hear that 99% of the cases are psychological. If you’re able to get a good erection when you’re by yourself you have no issues.
