Need some advice.

Thought I'd go to the brotherhood with this one..

Discovering PE and this forum has brought a huge surge of hope into my life, since I finally believe Ii have the ability to create the body that I want,

I've been on a solid routine for the past 2 months: Been doing the newbie routine (length only) for about an hour our so, usually following either a 2x on/1x off schedule, holding each stretch for 40 seconds. So far, I would say I my flaccid length looks slightly larger (I am not measuring until I get another few months in) and I definitely notice stronger morning erections and more prominent veins in my penis overall after doing my length work..

I'm a bit discouraged because today I had a follow-up with my urologist which I see yearly for maintenance and I told him that I have been doing manual traction exercises to increase my length, build a healthier penis etc. Though he doesn't think stretching is harmful, he told me that it will not add any length overall to my penis and will only "engorge the tissue". I have been following these forums very closely and have been reading daily about the length gains that people have gotten from using an ADS and from manual exercises, seeing how it has changed people's lives and how literally thousands of people HAVE been getting SUBSTANTIAL gains.

I do feel a bit frustrated and discouraged though, hearing this from a urologist (and no slouch of one either, this guy is a big NY doc). I believe in the process; I know it works...but I guess I just wanted some input about this from the brotherhood, some inspiration perhaps, and something that can help me cast aside doubt as I religiously work towards something that I consider to be a very SERIOUS goal in my life that I will commit time dedication and energy toward.

There's an inner penis thread,where you can basically understand that we have a penis inside that is waiting to come out...I was 5.5 inches long nowadays I'm 7 bpel,I have to say I have tried all kinds of routines,n they showed me gains,now gains can't happen overnight, follow that routine for a six months period,besides be realistic,you could gain two inches in six months but you have to spend hours stretching...n exercising..

Doctors when they can’t make money off of something they trash it. I went up against three of the biggest urologist in the United States on Sirius radio. Within 15 minutes I completely and absolutely decimated their arguments. I am standing here today to tell you to tell your urologist to check out the brotherhood and the miles of growth it has given to so many! I gained 2 inches in my first six months!

my brother I’ve been doing this for 20 years and I have never had an injury related to PE or have I ever have a lack of games. I proved myself to have gained 4 inches in length and 2 inches and girth to many news outlets. I was personally measured by GQ magazine in person. I’ve been in many films and documentaries on the subject and I have been in many magazines telling the same story of hope and success.

My advice to you is to take your time and go through the SRT thread and look for anything in that routine that you can include in your present work out to help you gain faster. Or you could take up the entire SRT routine.

Thank you both. It's unfortunate that modern medicine has not taken the opportunity to take a look at PE more closely, because of how many people would benefit from it. I could tell from just the 2 months I have been doing my stretches that there were some differences in length, EQ, size and overall health. PE has become not only something I want to commit to, but is now something I very deeply enjoy. I really look forward now to waking up in the morning and doing my stretches; starting to really fall in love with the process. I am so happy that I was able to find this community. Thanks again for the inspiration. Started browsing through the SRT threads and incorporated some new stretches into my routine. LOVE the expressive stretches!!! I started those last night and arguably had one of the best workouts ever from it.
