Thought I'd go to the brotherhood with this one..
Discovering PE and this forum has brought a huge surge of hope into my life, since I finally believe Ii have the ability to create the body that I want,
I've been on a solid routine for the past 2 months: Been doing the newbie routine (length only) for about an hour our so, usually following either a 2x on/1x off schedule, holding each stretch for 40 seconds. So far, I would say I my flaccid length looks slightly larger (I am not measuring until I get another few months in) and I definitely notice stronger morning erections and more prominent veins in my penis overall after doing my length work..
I'm a bit discouraged because today I had a follow-up with my urologist which I see yearly for maintenance and I told him that I have been doing manual traction exercises to increase my length, build a healthier penis etc. Though he doesn't think stretching is harmful, he told me that it will not add any length overall to my penis and will only "engorge the tissue". I have been following these forums very closely and have been reading daily about the length gains that people have gotten from using an ADS and from manual exercises, seeing how it has changed people's lives and how literally thousands of people HAVE been getting SUBSTANTIAL gains.
I do feel a bit frustrated and discouraged though, hearing this from a urologist (and no slouch of one either, this guy is a big NY doc). I believe in the process; I know it works...but I guess I just wanted some input about this from the brotherhood, some inspiration perhaps, and something that can help me cast aside doubt as I religiously work towards something that I consider to be a very SERIOUS goal in my life that I will commit time dedication and energy toward.
