What’s up guys? I need some advice on how to hit my goals for PE.
i’ve been on and off PE for couple years now. I’ve tried newbie routines, and just winging it with random stretches and exercises and they haven’t done much except improve my EQ. For the most part I’ve been inconsistent but there have been periods of a few months in a row where I have been consistent and still nothing.
Currently I’m on a schedule where I stretch every morning for anywhere between 30 to 45 minutes and again for another 35 to 45 minutes at night with some girth exercise mixed in. Been mainly focusing on doing bundles stretches in each direction, the Mandingo stretch, DLD blasters, SSJ, and jelqing. My dick doesn’t really ever feel fatigued even when I’m doing the exercises for long periods of time. Whenever I’m stretching, I’m using as much tension as possible without feeling like I’m gonna pop or break something in my dick lol.
My current measurements or 7 inches length (NBP) and 5.75 inches girth. My ideal goal is 9 inches of length and 6.5 inches of girth
1. Is my goal realistic? I need honest answers. I feel like it’s a pipe dream at this point. (No pun intended)
2. What steps should I be taking to get there?
