It's not about hanging weights but strategic approaches to use both contortion and pulling. We thing that only additional traction weight in terms of force will be better. In reality, it's not. We just have to use less force but smarter and more efficient methods by applying lateral and longitudinal force at the same time. This is called bundled stretches using the Length Master. It only takes 1/3 of your normal traction force/weight to exceed the amount of work being done.

The best comparison is a pulley system to maximize your work using less force.
