Need a talk with extenders users

Do you recommend extenders for lenght , were you satisficed , how much did you gain i want to purchase one and need to know the most i can about it

 
My opinions...take them how you will...I seem to understand English is a second language for you.....

Extenders are good for a total newbie with less time available. Newbies usually gain from ANY METHOD in the beginning....that first, inch or so in length, and/or girth. "Time available" is usually directly tied to DESIRE....that's usually directly tied to BELIEF in PE when new to it. Most men LACK belief any method works in the beginning.....lack of belief leads to lack of motivation and either not getting started, or not staying consistent.

All similar to physical fitness. Of course, the fitness industry is FULL of examples of different workout routines and "diets" working.

This industry, SO FAR, is NOT. It's mostly anecdotal "testimonials" and questionable at best pictures.

I think rather than buy an extender....you should find a good stretching routine....or even get into weight hanging....which I find easier to stick with because you know exactly what resistance you are using every time rather than guessing when you stretch with your hands.....of course, that is an individual choice.
 
Like I've already told you elsewhere, I have no idea and I'm not one of those guys who is going to pretend to "know" an answer in regard to "erect hanging". Do what you like. Stick with it for at least 6 months so you can actually tell if it is going to work and then, re evaluate your plan.
 
Im not seeking for the truth or serious testimonies, i wanna know what your mind tells you when you hear "erect hanging"
1) Stay away from it
2) I can see some serious gains from this
3) I cant see gains to come

 
Ok. 1 and 3. In my opinion. Mainly because you will not be able to hang enough weight over time as your penis adapts to resistance in order to keep forcing a new, higher level of resistance with more weight over time to keep forcing new tissue stretch.
A flaccid penis is also going to be easier to stretch, because the tissues are not tightened up by an erection.
 
I dont know man i feel so lost to be honest , i need something to make my penis bigger while i masturbate while watching some nice asses and stuff i already gained 0.6" in lenght via jelq but thats it i dont know if jelq is my only way out i really need some advice to still on the make , im not willing to sacrifice masturbation during my workout session at the same time im very upset because my libido is not there anymore i dont feel like fapping i feel my penis dead somehow im a bit worried never experienced this in my life
 
See someone about your insecurities and depression. Nothing wrong with that. If jelqs are working, currently, keep doing them.
 
The thing is that i only like erect hanging because i like to working erect primarly , so do you still think i can make gains through erect lightweight hanging , just enough weight to feel the "work" on my unit

What type of hanger are you using? Compression? VAC? I personally don't believe erect hanging is very wise or easily doable for that matter. Slippage and/or injury as your erection subsides will likely occur.

That's not exactly what I would call a compression hanger. You'll never be able to safely move very far up in weight with that setup. Is that picture a good representation of what you're using to do erect hanging? Looks like it would do little to target the tissues you need to be stretching. You'd just be pulling down on your erection angle which may leave you with an undesirable southerly pointing erection.
 
Funny thing is i can feel the stretch trust me even at 0.3lbs i became more talk than action in the last 2 months i think thats the problem never tried this for more than 1 month to see results but i can tell you that i feel the stress after second session 40mins of hanging.
The whole idea of erect hanging came to me after being in thunderplce where a guy was talking about "time under tension" was more important than hanging less time with more weight and i also remember someone in pegym telling me that this method will bring me no gains and just could help me with penis curvature.

 
Dangerous looking device, which will damage your penis in time. Stillwantmore has given you loads of good advice in this thread, why can't you act on it?

I would rather give you an Lengthmaster at cost then then see you hang with such a primitive compression hanger.
 
I’ve kept a somewhat careful log of my extender usage. I started with no manuals and gained 0.4 inches in 530 hours of using an extender. From published peer reviewed studies, I have concluded that one can expect to gain 0.1 inches for every 100-125 hours spent in an extender alone.

However, doing manuals first and then strapping into an extender can speed this process up as this is something I have noticed in my own experience.

Very smart to time yourself against the gains you made this gives some definite direction to people on what they can expect using a Phallosan, SizeDoctor or Sizegenetics.
