Well, I voted for nice, but there is no absolute answer here. I think it's normally a very beautiful thing, but I have seen some nasty looking ones. Seems like there are some nasty looking ones in adult entertainment, though I can't recall ever seeing a visually unappealing one in a strip club, or on any chick I've done "cool but dirty" things with.
